*chuckling*
oh my! I've had this blog for quite some time. I vowed I'd be faithful and keep it updated, but of course that didn't happen ;) However, I have posted infrequently since I created it. I was going back and re-reading the different posts I've made through the years, and I have to say, "I'm a weirdo!" ha ha. I did enjoy reading my 'raw' emotions in the blogs; as we get older we tend to forget how we felt in those moments. I'm thankful, that even though I HAVEN'T been faithful in posting, at least I did post. I noticed most of my posts were when I was struggling with something in particular.
They're many gaps missing in my story, unfortunately. They're moments that hit when I just feel like blogging; obviously those moments haven't been often. ha ha.
Life happens, and blogging becomes insignificant in the grand scheme of things. However, it's much more common now. I suppose one could argue that Facebook is a form of blogging, in which case, I do blog often. :) It's like fast food blogging.
Life has changed dramatically since my last post. I was quite despondent. Fabulous news, I am no longer! I've gone through several jobs in the last few months. I know I come off as flaky when reading such news; I assure you I am not. Those jobs just weren't the right fit for me. I have found one that is, and I am very excited to begin, but a tad nervous as well. I don't want to fail.
School begins, once again; in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to it, because I just want to get my educational career completed. I'm leaning towards studying Social Work, with a minor in counseling [perhaps]. I want to make a positive difference in children's lives, and I feel this is one way I could, perhaps, accomplish it.
Now, my favorite person and subject of all time [besides Jesus, that goes without saying, I think] my wonderful, handsome, adorable, sweet, boyfriend. I'm sure I could come up with more adjectives to describe him :P Our relationship has improved IMMENSELY! For that I am most grateful. We hit a rough patch a few months back, it wasn't good. But we have learned to better communicate with one another, and that I believe was the key. He honestly is an amazing man, and I am blessed and privileged to have the honor of being with him and knowing him.
